Each home and condo you see listed on ModernHomes.com is represented by a licensed real estate broker in their respective market. Each broker’s contact information is prominently displayed on their listings, and any form inquiries are routed directly to those brokers.

If you are a licensed agent or broker with a modern, contemporary or mid-century home, condo or loft for sale you can add it for free. If you have multiple homes you’d like to advertise you can sign up for a paid Expert account. We’re sorry but at this time we are not accepting For Sale by Owner (FSBO) listings.

No, ModernHomes.com does not charge a referral fee on any transactions that may occur from inquiries that come from our site. We believe in “Your Listing, Your Lead” so all property inquiries are routed directly to the listing agent or broker. 

ModernHomes.com offers two accounts for agents: A Free account and a Modern Expert account. 

A Free account allows agents who only occasionally get a modern listing to promote it on the site. It can only be one listing at a time, and the listing is limited to 10 images. You will have access to your listing so you can update it at any time, and you’ll see real time statistics showing views and traffic.

A Modern Expert account is essential for agents who specialize in Modern Homes. Modern Experts are able to add and manage unlimited properties in their account, as well as:

• Ability to add up to 25 images per listing.
• Featured Listings: You can designate up to 5 of your listings as “Featured” which puts them at the top of the search results.
• You will be featured in our Modern Experts agent database, both nationally and in your market.
• Exclusive email-based support including auto adding your listings to your dashboard.

If a you are a broker and your listing is being shown on ModernHomes.com without your permission please contact us and include the address of the property in your message. We will investigate and respond within one business day.

If you own photos or other content that you believe are being displayed without your permission please review our DMCA Policy page and contact us using the instructions on that page.

ModernHomes.com is a paid advertising service, so when you inquire about a property you will be contacting the listing agent or broker directly. You can expect that agent to respond to you directly. ModernHomes.com will not contact you, nor will we sell your information to any third party.

You can delete your account and all your info and history on ModernHomes.com by navigating your profile page, scrolling to the bottom and clicking the red “Delete Account” button.
